Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to Prompt Photo, including the prompt library, editing and generation tools, uploaded references, public submissions, accounts and purchased credits. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into these terms and meet the minimum age required in your country. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting login credentials and activity performed through your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

The Prompt Photo service

Prompt Photo provides prompt discovery, educational guides, prompt editing, reference-media workflows and access to supported third-party image or video generation models. Features, models, prices, rate limits and availability may change as providers and the product evolve.

We do not guarantee that every prompt will produce the same result, that a model will always be available, or that generated content will be error-free or suitable for a specific purpose.

Your prompts, uploads and outputs

You retain the rights you hold in prompts, reference media and other material you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit and display that material only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service and to fulfill actions you request.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions required to upload and process any image, video, trademark, product, person or other material. AI-generated outputs may resemble existing works or contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing an output and determining whether your planned use is lawful and appropriate.

Public submissions

If you choose to submit content for public display, you grant Prompt Photo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, resize, format and display the submitted prompt, media and related metadata for operating and promoting the library. You may request removal by contacting support, subject to reasonable processing time and legal retention requirements.

We may accept, reject, edit metadata for, or remove a submission at our discretion. Publication does not mean that we endorse the content or confirm ownership.

Acceptable use

You may not use Prompt Photo to:

• violate laws or another person's privacy, publicity, copyright or other rights;
• create or distribute exploitative sexual content involving minors;
• impersonate, defraud, harass or threaten another person;
• upload malware or attempt unauthorized access, scraping or disruption;
• bypass rate limits, payment controls or technical safeguards;
• automate abusive volumes of requests or resell account access without permission;
• misrepresent generated content in a way that is unlawful or materially deceptive.

Additional restrictions imposed by an AI model or infrastructure provider also apply to requests processed by that provider.

Credits and generation costs

Credits are a prepaid digital balance used for eligible generation and prompt-processing features. They are not currency, have no cash value, cannot be transferred unless we explicitly support transfer, and may not be resold.

The credit cost of a task can vary by model, resolution, duration, input type and other settings. The product displays the expected cost before submission when practical. Purchased one-time credits generally remain valid for 365 days unless the checkout offer clearly states a different period. Promotional or free credits may have different limits or expiration dates.

Payments and refunds

Prices and taxes are shown during checkout. Payments are handled by third-party processors. A purchase is complete only after payment confirmation. Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy and applicable law. Consumed credits and completed digital generation services are generally not refundable except where required by law or where a verified billing or delivery error occurred.

Third-party services and model names

Prompt Photo relies on third-party model, storage, authentication, analytics, email and payment services. Their availability and terms can affect the service. References to ChatGPT, Gemini, GPT Image, Seedance or other products describe compatible workflows and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Prompt Photo content and intellectual property

The Prompt Photo name, site design, software, original guides, editorial organization and other original service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not give you ownership of the service or permission to copy, scrape or republish the library as a competing database.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to prevent harm, investigate abuse, comply with law, protect users or providers, or enforce these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Account deletion requests remain subject to required transaction, security and legal record retention.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prompt Photo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, data or business opportunities arising from use of the service. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Prompt Photo for the service giving rise to the claim during the preceding 12 months, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the product, providers or law changes. The updated date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
