Refund Policy

When Prompt Photo credit purchases may qualify for review, which digital services are non-refundable, and how to submit a refund request.

Prompt Photo sells digital credits that can be used for prompt-processing, image generation, photo editing and photo-animation services. Because these services can be delivered and consumed immediately, refund eligibility depends on the payment and usage history of the order.

Requests we can review

Contact us if:

  • the same order was charged more than once;
  • payment succeeded but the purchased credits were not delivered;
  • the amount or product charged differs from the confirmed checkout;
  • a technical failure deducted credits without returning a usable result and the credits were not restored automatically;
  • applicable consumer law gives you a non-waivable refund right.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. We verify the payment, account, credit ledger and generation records before making a decision.

Generally non-refundable items

Unless required by law, we generally do not refund:

  • credits already consumed by completed generation or prompt-processing tasks;
  • generation results that were delivered but did not match a subjective creative preference;
  • promotional, bonus, check-in or other free credits;
  • expired credits;
  • requests caused by failure to review the displayed model, cost or settings before generation;
  • accounts restricted for fraud, abuse or violation of the Terms of Service.

AI outputs naturally vary. A result being different from an expectation does not by itself mean that the digital service was not delivered.

Before requesting a refund

For missing credits or a failed generation, first refresh the account balance and check generation history. Some provider failures are detected automatically and the related credits are returned without a payment refund.

Do not initiate a payment dispute before giving us a reasonable opportunity to investigate. An unresolved chargeback can restrict account access while the payment provider reviews the case.

How to submit a request

Email support@promptphoto.org from the address connected to your Prompt Photo account and include:

  • the account email;
  • order or payment reference;
  • purchase date and amount;
  • a short description of the issue;
  • relevant generation or task ID, if applicable;
  • screenshots that help identify the error, without exposing full payment-card details.

Review and payment return

We may request additional information to verify ownership and transaction history. If approved, a refund is normally returned through the original payment method. Processing time after approval depends on the payment provider and financial institution. We cannot guarantee when the refunded amount will appear in an account.

If only part of an order is affected, we may restore credits or approve a partial refund when appropriate.
