This Privacy Policy explains how Prompt Photo handles personal information when you browse the prompt library, create an account, upload reference media, generate content, purchase credits or contact support.

Information we collect

Account and support information

When you create an account or contact us, we may receive your name, email address, authentication provider identifier, support messages and information you choose to include in a request.

Prompts, uploads and generated content

When you use creation features, we process the prompts you enter, reference images or videos you upload, selected model settings, generated outputs and technical task records. Generation history may be associated with your account so you can access previous work.

Do not upload confidential material, personal data you are not authorized to use, or media that violates another person's rights.

Usage and device data

We may collect pages viewed, feature interactions, referring pages, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, error reports and security events. This information helps us operate, secure and improve the service.

Payment information

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Prompt Photo may receive transaction identifiers, purchase status, billing country, product purchased and limited customer information needed to reconcile an order. We do not store complete payment-card numbers.

How we use information

We use information to:

• provide accounts, prompt tools, generation history and purchased credits;
• send authentication, transaction, security and support messages;
• process generation requests and return results;
• prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorized access;
• diagnose errors and improve product performance;
• understand aggregate usage and acquisition channels;

AI model and service providers

Prompt Photo may send prompts, uploaded references and generation settings to third-party AI providers selected for the requested task. Those providers process the material to produce an output. Their processing may take place in other countries and is subject to their own service and privacy terms.

We also use infrastructure, storage, authentication, email, analytics, customer-support and payment providers. We share only the information reasonably required for them to perform those services.

Cookies and local storage

We use essential cookies or browser storage for authentication, security, language and interface preferences. If analytics or advertising tools are enabled, they may use cookies or similar technologies to measure visits and campaign attribution. Browser controls can block non-essential cookies, although some account features require essential storage.

Public content

Content submitted for publication may become visible to other users and search engines after review. A published item can include the generated media, prompt, display name and related metadata. Keep private or identifying information out of anything you submit publicly.

Retention

We retain account, transaction and generation records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes and prevent abuse. Uploaded media and generated results may remain until deleted through available product controls or a verified support request, subject to backups and required retention periods.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted transport and access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your account credentials and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. You can update some account details in the product. For other requests, email us from the address connected to your account so we can verify the request.

Children's privacy

Prompt Photo is not directed to children under 13, or the higher minimum age required in a user's country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children who cannot legally consent to the service.

International processing

Our providers may process information outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal measures for international transfers.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product, providers or legal requirements change. The updated date above identifies the current version. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email when appropriate.
